DuckTack is not an adult toy (SEXTOY). It is an item to care for the minds and bodies of a small number of people, including transgender women and crossdressers.

Only a minority need "tack" or "tacking," and it's a small market where multiple manufacturers cannot coexist.

If more than one manufacturer were to enter the market, the dispersed sales would not even recover the initial investment in molds, packaging, etc., and all would disappear.

We are not in this business only for profit. We are also working to take care of the minds and bodies of sexual minorities, a market that large corporations do not focus on. It is also an activity to take care of the minds and bodies of sexual minorities who are suffering from big problems.
If the number of infringing and copying products increases, unfortunately, we may not be able to continue our business, and one option for sexual minorities who really need it will disappear, and the evolution of tack technology will stop until the patent expires in 2044.

One license agreement per country!

We are seeking a license agreement for exclusive sales in countries outside of Japan.
It is a small market where multiple companies cannot coexist, but we believe that exclusive sales by one company in each country would make it a viable business.
After repeated test sales in Japan, we found that there were more people in need than we had expected.

Japanese companies that are expanding overseas. If you are an overseas company, please send us an email if you are interested in our services.

We have already identified several products that infringe on our patents.
We are preparing to file a lawsuit against the manufacturer, seller, and shopping malls that handle the product.
Even if your company makes sales, you will be liable for more damages.
Please stop manufacturing and selling the product immediately or consider a patent use agreement or negotiation.
