Step 4
Next, store the left testicle in the same manner as the right.
It is not necessary to do both at the same time, so the opposite testicle can be left hanging.

If there is pain, do not overdo it and leave it for a later date. (Doing so patiently may cause inflammation or dysfunction.)
Like stretching, it is important to continue gradually.

Basic movement of (1) pushing the penis into the foreskin and (2) moving the testicles to the upper pubic bone.
If you can do this well, you will be able to handle a variety of tacks.

If the testicle has been removed

In some cases, if the patient plans to have a vaginal or labia minora formation later in the surgical procedure, the scrotum may shrink, resulting in less skin and not enough labia minora, etc.
The more the scrotum is stretched on a regular basis to the point where there is excess skin, the greater the scope for designing the female external genitalia.
Tucks may also be useful in preventing scrotal atrophy and stretching and increasing skin until gender reassignment surgery.
